The HyFin® Vent Compact Chest Seal Twin Pack is a life-saving medical device designed to treat open chest wounds (sucking chest wounds) and prevent or manage tension pneumothorax, one of the most common preventable causes of death in trauma. Engineered for compact carry and rapid deployment, this twin-pack includes two vented chest seals—one for entry and one for exit wounds—providing comprehensive treatment for penetrating chest injuries in both tactical and civilian settings.

Developed by North American Rescue, each HyFin® seal features a three-vented channel system that allows air to escape the chest cavity while preventing re-entry, even under adverse conditions such as blood, sweat, or debris.
